The report is based on a series of national reports implemented by patient organizations in the respective countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine).

The findings and recommendations were used as a basis for discussions with stakeholders with the aime to optimize treatment regimens and increase treatment coverage. The original version in Russian can be found here. In 2019, a second report will be published, covering the situation with HIV and HCV drug procurement and provision in EECA in 2018.
